Are you interested in working with us to grow our dynamic organization? PHG is in search of an experienced part-time bookkeeper or bookkeeping services. The bookkeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties including; processing biweekly payroll, financial record keeping and transactions including accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations, generating monthly reports, maintaining databases and maintaining the financial records necessary for grant reporting. Qualifications include; advanced proficiency in QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online, bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, three to five years of experience, proficiency in Windows operating systems and with Microsoft Office 2007, Excel and Google Docs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
