This is a class for all levels and abilities. We aim to disconnect you from the stresses of the world and reconnect you with nature by exploring the 8 limbs of yoga. There will be combination of hiking and yoga, dress accordingly. Bring a mat or towel, yoga blocks if you have them, a yoga strap if you have one, and water. Registration is required by May 20. Entry fee for this event is waived for those with a Healthy Parks, Healthy People prescription.
